IDLH Tactical Worksheet helps Incident Command maintain situational awareness with a familiar tactical worksheet and persistent accountability board. Changing a checklist keeps command information, unit placements, and incident-wide accountability intact. SUPPORTED IPADS Requires iPadOS 26.1 or later. Operational support is limited to these models: • iPad Pro 11-inch: 1st, 3rd, or 4th generation; M5 • iPad Pro 12.9-inch: 4th or 6th generation • iPad Pro 13-inch: M5 • iPad Air: 4th generation or 5th generation (M1) • iPad Air 11-inch: M3 • iPad Air 13-inch: M2 or M3 • iPad: 10th generation or A16 iPad mini, iPad Air 3, iPad 9, and other unlisted models are not supported for operational command. Check compatibility before subscribing. New subscriptions cannot be purchased in the app on unsupported or unverified models. Restoration, existing records, and active incidents remain accessible; this restriction does not cancel Apple billing. COMMAND WORKSHEET • Keep the command/accountability board visible alongside switchable incident checklists • Choose Original or Right-hand layout • Use Apple Pencil pen, highlighter, fine-point eraser, and double-tap tool switching • Enter confirmed Division/Group names using keyboard text or Pencil Scribble • Add and move units, review personnel, and release units while preserving incident history • Switch Structure, Mayday, Brush, Tech, Hazmat, ARFF, Dive, MCI, Active Threat, MAP, and BLANK workspaces • Use an optional incident clock and time-stamped benchmarks DAILY STAFFING Import supported CSV, TSV, Excel, Word, or searchable PDF files. Import searchable ImageTrend Daily Roster PDFs directly from Files without converting or emailing them first. Review the source, selected staffing time, units, and personnel; correct or exclude entries before confirming. Scanned image-only PDFs are not supported. Imported staffing never silently replaces personnel already assigned to an incident. MAP Use optional Apple Maps and available street-level imagery for situational awareness. Location permission is optional. Map services require connectivity, and imagery may be unavailable or outdated. Loss of map service does not block the command board. RECORDS AND RECOVERY Incident state saves locally and recovers after app closure. Stop & Lock protects completed records. Review incidents by date, create commander-reviewed PDF reports, and export through the iPad share menu. Optionally record the app screen and command audio after explicitly starting recording. Manage completed-incident storage with confirmation. INDIVIDUAL ACCESS Subscribe through Apple without an IDLH account. Restore and manage your subscription inside the app. Active-incident operation remains offline-first after subscription verification. Incident records remain on the iPad unless you choose to export them. No cloud incident synchronization is included. The app assists incident-command situational awareness. It does not replace department SOPs, trained command, primary accountability, or radio communications. Assignments and operational locations require human confirmation.
