It works from what she chooses to share, and it gives you small, practical things to do. Voice calls with the Coach are an optional purchase. YOUR OWN FOOD LOG Snap a photo of your meal and get an estimate of calories, protein, carbs and fat, then fix anything it got wrong. Or type it in, scan a barcode, or scan a nutrition label. See your day, week and month, and delete anything that slipped in by mistake. Calorie counts are estimates. This is your own log, separate from hers. PREGNANCY, TOGETHER When she is pregnant and chooses to tell you in the app, PinkyBond follows the pregnancy instead of her cycle: where she is, what this stretch usually feels like for her, and practical ways to take things off her plate. You also get a private check-in of your own that she never sees. Nothing about a pregnancy reaches you unless she shares it.
