A private, offline coffee-roasting ledger for iPhone and iPad. Manually record green coffee lots, inventory movements, roaster profiles, roast events and readings, completed or aborted results, and cupping observations. The App does not connect to, probe, or control roasting equipment, predict results, or provide AI roasting advice. • Track green inventory with an append-only ledger that prevents negative balances • Freeze the lot, roaster, units, and charge mass when a roast starts so later edits never rewrite history • Use a monotonic timer for charge, turning, yellowing, cracks, drop, and custom events • Add bean, environment, or exhaust temperature, power, airflow, and notes when useful • Review mass loss, development-time ratio, filtered history, cupping observations, and complete correction chains • Void, replace, or restore records while preserving the original facts and audit trail • Export RFC 4180 CSV and create complete SHA-256 checksum-verified JSON backups with preview, merge, replace, rollback, and recovery Your lots, equipment, roasts, cupping observations, and corrections stay on this device unless you explicitly export them. The only network feature is feedback you choose to submit; it sends only the message, optional email, diagnostics, App Attest proof, and screenshots you select. No account, subscription, advertising, or tracking.
