Promotional text “Your manager starts by learning the 2 a.m. essentials: where the water shuts off, where the breaker panel is, what filter it takes, when the alarms were tested.”

New version 1.0.5 → 1.0.6

Your items now show their photos, and you can add more. Each item page also shows what Atlas knows about it, like the brand, model and serial number it read from the label, with where each fact came from. The maintenance question after a scan is simpler: one question, two buttons, and an Undo. Adding the same furnace or water heater twice no longer gives an error. Clearer messages near the end of a free trial. Small fixes and polish throughout.

About

Every well-run building has someone looking after it. Someone who knows where the shutoff valve is, when the filter was last changed, and which plumber actually turns up. Houses almost never come with that person. Atlas Home is that person for yours. Built by a working house manager, it uses AI to read the details from your photos and answer questions from your own records, and it keeps track of what's coming due. You don't have to know what to track or when to worry about it. That's the job. SNAP IT. THE DETAILS FILL IN. Take a photo of an appliance label, a receipt, a paint can, or a warranty. Atlas reads what it can, like the brand, model, serial number, dates, and amounts, and you review everything before it's saved. You skip most of the typing. IT REMEMBERS WHAT YOU WON'T Paint colors, filter sizes, model numbers, the plumber worth calling again. All the small facts about a house that live in your head until the moment you need them at the hardware store. IT ANSWERS WHEN YOU ASK Ask about anything: when to flush the water heater, what color the kitchen is, whether that noise is worth a call. Attach a photo to ask about something you're looking at. Answers come from your home's actual records, not generic advice. When something isn't on file, Atlas tells you so instead of guessing. For anything involving gas, major electrical, structural work, or standing water, it will tell you plainly to call a professional. IT TELLS YOU BEFORE, NOT AFTER Seasonal upkeep, service intervals, warranties about to lapse. The Rounds is a checklist of the home-care jobs most people forget, like the dishwasher filter, washer hoses, and smoke alarm dates. Turn on the ones that apply and Atlas raises them while there's still time to act, not after something's gone wrong. KNOW WHERE TO START AT 2 A.M. Your Emergency Card keeps the essentials in one place, like where the water shuts off and where the breaker panel is, with built-in guidance for common home emergencies. IT WORKS FOR EVERYONE IN THE HOUSE Invite a partner, a family member, or a property manager. Everyone sees the same records, updated live, and you can revoke access whenever you like. SEND YOUR HOME'S HISTORY IN ONE LINK Share your specs, warranties, and service history as a private link, no account needed. Handy when you sell, rent, or hand the house to someone new. AND IT KEEPS SCORE Home Health is one number covering what's overdue, what's coming, and what's in good shape, so you can tell how the house is doing without reading a list. IT DOESN'T ANSWER TO ADVERTISERS You pay for Atlas, and that's the whole business. No ads, no selling your data, no contractor paying to get recommended over a better one. When your home manager tells you something, it's because it's true, not because someone bought the placement. Atlas Home starts with a 14-day free trial, full access from the first minute, no cap on rooms, tasks, details, warranties, or contacts while it runs. After the trial, an Atlas Pro subscription keeps your Home Manager active: unlimited conversations, plus maintenance and warranty reminders. Atlas Pro is $8.99 per month or $69.99 per year, starting with the 14-day free trial above. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is switched off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of that period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
