Rochester Public Transit ZIPS

About

Rochester Public Transit's ZIPS now offers an app that allows you more visibility into your trips. You can use the app to: - Book a ride on your phone. - Manage existing trips. - Update your payment methods. - Get live visibility into your drivers location. - Share your ride details with others. What we’re about: AFFORDABLE. Our tech-enabled platform allows us to use smart scheduling and aggregate you on the bus with other people going in the same direction. This allows us to offer you comfort and convenience at a low price. ACCESSIBLE. We operate a fleet of wheelchair accessible vehicles to accommodate your mobility needs. If you travel in a wheelchair or with some other mobility aid, don't hesitate to reach out to our team so that we can set up your profile to ensure every day you're picked up by a vehicle that can accomodate your needs. SUSTAINABLE. Sharing rides reduces the number of vehicles on the roads, bringing down congestion and CO2 emissions. With a couple of taps, you get to do your part to make your city a little bit greener and cleaner, every time you ride. Questions? You can contact us through the app or by calling us at 507-328-7433. Loving your experience so far? Throw us a 5-star rating. You’ll have our eternal gratitude.
