Type a garden bed's real dimensions and a crop's spacing, and Beds fills the bed with the exact grid and tells you how many plants fit — no size limit, ever. Most garden planners cap you at a raised bed or two and charge a yearly fee to add another. Beds doesn't. A 101 ft x 50 ft field works exactly the same way as a 4 ft x 8 ft box: type the real numbers, drop in crop blocks, and watch the count update as you go. HOW IT WORKS - Name a bed and type its width and length, in feet or metres — any size, nothing capped. - Add a block for each crop. Pick its spacing and Beds computes the grid live: rows, columns, and the exact plant count. - Drag blocks around each other on the bed, drawn to scale. An overlap is flagged the instant it happens. - See every crop's total for the bed in one planting list, with a grand total. The list you shop from. The geometry underneath is real millimetres, not a fixed grid of cells, so a bed of any size is drawn accurately and the canvas zooms to fit it on your screen. Metric and imperial are both first class — switch anytime and every bed you've already entered reads correctly in the other system. 18 built-in crops come with sensible default spacing, and you can add your own with custom spacing and row pattern. Beds works entirely offline. There's no account, no ads, no analytics, and nothing you type ever leaves your device.
