Every Astronomical League observing program, on the device, at the eyepiece — and an honest answer to the question that decides the night: will tonight's attempt actually work? 32 PROGRAMS, 5,696 OBJECTS, NO SIGNAL NEEDED Object lists, completion rules, certificate thresholds and coordinator details are all stored locally. Dark sites have no signal; nothing here needs one. No account, no network requests, no location access required. ONE OBSERVATION, EVERY CERTIFICATE IT EARNS Log M 31 through binoculars from a city and it counts toward Messier, Binocular Messier and Urban at once. Where an observation does NOT count, the app names the rule that stopped it — a binocular program will not accept a telescope, Urban only credits light-polluted skies, and the same object under a second catalogue number is not a second observation. WHETHER TONIGHT WILL WORK The hours an object is both high enough and the sky is genuinely dark. Whether it is within reach of your aperture from your sky. Whether a filter will help — which, for most objects, it will not, and the app says so rather than selling you one. ALL THE WAY TO THE CERTIFICATE Finder charts with Telrad and finder circles at five fields of view. Star hops. The questions each program's manual actually asks. Companions inside the same field, so you catch six without moving the telescope. And a covering letter to the program coordinator when a list is finished. BUILT FOR THE DARK Red-light mode throughout, plus optional screen dimming that restores your brightness when you leave. Everything readable without costing you twenty minutes of dark adaptation. THE LOGBOOK THAT CHECKS ITSELF Import an existing logbook as CSV. The check explains, entry by entry, what earns nothing and why — and offers near-miss corrections for designations that do not exist, which you accept or ignore. Nothing is ever corrected silently.
