PRIVACY Core document scanning and supported OCR processing are designed to work directly on your device. Your scanned documents, PDFs, ID card images, passport images, OCR text and saved signatures are not uploaded to Digital Bytes servers as part of the app’s standard scanning functionality. Documents leave the app only when you choose to export, share or save them elsewhere. DOCUMENT SCANNER PREMIUM Document Scanner may offer optional auto-renewable Premium subscriptions. Premium benefits may include: • Ad removal • Premium scanning features • Advanced PDF tools • Additional OCR functionality • Other Premium features displayed in the app Available plans may include Weekly, Monthly and Annual subscriptions. The exact subscription price and billing period are displayed before purchase and may vary by country, region and App Store currency. Payment is charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew according to the selected billing period unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription. Eligible purchases can be restored using Restore Purchases inside the app. IMPORTANT OCR results may contain errors. Always verify important names, numbers, dates and other critical information against the original document. ID Card Scanner and Passport Scanner are intended only for creating digital copies of documents you are legally permitted to scan. The app does not authenticate identity documents or verify whether an ID or passport is genuine. Signatures created in the app are not automatically certified, notarized or guaranteed to satisfy every legal electronic-signature requirement.
