PlasticOS is the plastic surgery residency curriculum as an atlas you can actually search. 86 procedures, broken down the way a senior takes you through them: the anatomy you must know before you scrub, the pre-operative assessment and what an abnormal result means, every operative step with its technical pearls, the hazards at each step with how to prevent them and what to do if they happen, donor site management, post-operative monitoring, and the reported outcomes.
