Heat you can read. Every fire now shows how much heat the satellite measured, what that usually means (how big a fire it is, how much is burning, what the smoke may do) and whether it is stronger or weaker than at the same time yesterday, with the number of passes it rests on. When there are too few passes, it says so. A new outlook for the next 24 hours lists the wind, dry air, heat, dry fuel and slope behind each fire's spread potential, with every ingredient and its weight shown. It is an outlook, not a prediction. A For you card shows how far a fire is, in which direction, whether the wind is carrying its smoke toward you, a rough window for when smoke could arrive, the air quality, and plain steps for what to do and what not to do. It all runs on your device and your location is never sent anywhere. Alerts are quieter and more useful: new fires inside your radius, fires that get stronger, and fires near where you are. The same fire is not repeated within hours, nothing makes a sound at night, and there is a daily limit, except for real danger. A Today briefing now opens the Outlook tab. Permission prompts appear only when you use a feature that needs them. The Apple Watch app is now translated and shows the heat class, trend and what to do.

About
No subscriptions, no ads, no BS. Wildfire Watch Spain tracks active wildfires across Spain in real time, combining satellite hotspot detections with official activation records so you always know what's confirmed and what's still developing. See fires on a live map with distance, wind-driven spread direction, and a confidence level for each detection. Save the places that matter to you: home, family, a cabin, and get a personal risk score for each one, built from current fire weather danger, nearby fire history, and terrain slope, cross-checked against Spain's official national fire danger index. Get notified when a fire starts near a place you're watching, or when the wind shifts to push an active fire toward it. Browse the historical archive to see how this fire season compares to past years. Wildfire Watch Spain runs entirely on your device. No account, no ads, no tracking. Your saved places and location never leave your phone. Not an emergency service. In an active emergency in Spain, always call 112 and follow instructions from local authorities.
