Race Day turns your iPhone into a GPS lap timer and your garage into a race team. Find a track, draw your start/finish line, and let your phone time every lap automatically—then compare your best runs and climb the leaderboards against friends. FIND YOUR TRACK • A nationwide directory of race tracks: road courses, paved and dirt ovals, drag strips, and karting. • Browse on a satellite map or a searchable list, filter by type, and sort by distance from you. TIME YOUR LAPS • Set a start/finish line by drawing it right on the map, then cross it to start timing—no beacons or extra hardware. • Live timing HUD: current lap, best lap, and a real-time delta vs. your best. • Optional sector splits to see exactly where you're gaining or losing time. • Two modes: Circuit (lap counting) and Drag (elapsed time + trap speed with separate start and finish tripwires). • Log tire pressures and temperatures, and let the app capture the day's weather automatically. ANALYZE EVERY SESSION • A full history of your track days with per-lap times and session stats: average lap, consistency, top speed, and total distance. • Replay each lap as a GPS trail colored by speed on a satellite map. • Compare two laps side by side to refine your line—or overlay a friend's best line as a ghost. • Export any session as GPX or CSV. COMPETE WITH FRIENDS • Sign in with Apple and get a profile with a unique invite code. • Add friends and see their best lap at every track, plus their social links. • Per-track leaderboards: global, friends-only, or filtered to your competition class (SCCA/NHRA). • Community start lines: propose a line and vote—the most-voted line becomes the official one for everyone, so tracks stay accurate. MAKE YOUR OWN • Create custom maps at your location—an autocross lot, a private course, a kart track—and share them with friends or the public. Whether you run HPDE weekends, autocross on Sundays, or chase a personal-best quarter-mile, Race Day helps you find where to run, time what you run, and see how you stack up. Racing on public roads is illegal and dangerous. Only use Race Day where racing is legal and permitted—a racetrack, closed course, or private property. Some features are available through optional in-app purchases and subscriptions. SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS Extra Custom Maps — $1.99 per month (auto-renewable) Unlocks 8 additional custom maps, for 10 total. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the period.
