Jobproof Docs turns a site visit into a document your client can keep. Pick a checklist, work down it with gloves on, photograph what needs photographing, take a signature at the door. One tap builds a PDF with your company name and logo on it, ready to send from the van. THIRTY FIVE CHECKLISTS, OR BUILD YOUR OWN Electrical inspections, consumer unit swaps, EV chargers and solar. Boiler services, central heating, bathrooms, leaks and drainage. Roofs, gutters, damp surveys, windows and insulation. Kitchens, plastering, decorating, flooring, tiling and joinery. Pass a whole section at once when a room is fine. Clear everything still blank in one tap when only two things went wrong. Speak a note instead of typing it. The second time you write "no access on the day" it is offered back to you as a single tap. PHOTOGRAPHS THAT STAY ATTACHED A picture taken against a check stays filed against that check. Draw arrows, boxes, circles and notes onto the photograph itself, so nobody back at the office has to guess which corner you meant. Marks are stored separately from the image, so the original photograph is never painted over. A REPORT THAT LOOKS LIKE YOUR COMPANY WROTE IT Your logo, your address, your registration number. A summary of what passed and what failed, the checks in order, the photographs with the time each was taken, and the signature. A4 or US Letter. WHERE YOU WERE STANDING One tap records a satellite fix and prints it on the report with its accuracy, next to the address you typed. Nothing is looked up online, because looking a coordinate up is a request to somebody else's server and this app does not make those. EVERYTHING STAYS ON YOUR PHONE No account. No cloud. No subscription. No internet required. The app makes no network requests of any kind, so nothing you record leaves the handset unless you send the PDF yourself.
