Instead of grading you against a generic population score, it compares your recent patterns with your own baseline. CALM, EVIDENCE-BASED INSIGHTS Each period presents one focused Change Insight supported by the available data. When enough observations exist, Body Shape may also highlight changes that appeared together. These observations describe association, not causation, and are never presented as a diagnosis. Depending on what your devices record, sources may include sleep, resting heart rate, HRV, respiratory rate, wrist temperature, blood oxygen, activity, walking speed, workouts, stairs, and cardio fitness. OPTIONAL SCREEN TIME With separate permission, Body Shape can include whole-device Screen Time as an additional personal signal. The Screen Time report displays total usage and the five most-used apps without requiring you to select individual apps.
