Decode Morse audio live—right through your microphone. MorseScope is an offline International Morse toolkit for iPhone and iPad, built around real-time audio decoding. Start listening and watch a received signal become dots, dashes, and readable text as it arrives. You do not need to enter the carrier frequency or sending speed first. LIVE MICROPHONE DECODING • Finds and follows a stable Morse carrier automatically. • Estimates carrier frequency, sending speed, and dot duration. • Shows live signal lock, key state, level, and decode confidence. • Adapts to ordinary timing variation while assembling Morse and text. • Keeps the decoded message available after listening stops so you can review or copy it. For the best results, use a clear single-carrier Morse signal without heavy clipping or competing tones. DECODE WAV AND WRITTEN MORSE Import a supported mono, 16-bit linear PCM WAV recording and let MorseScope estimate its carrier and timing automatically. You can also type or paste written dots and dashes for immediate text translation. Copy the decoded text or Morse whenever you need it. ENCODE TEXT AS MORSE AUDIO Turn text into International Morse code, hear it as a clean adjustable sine-wave signal, copy the dots and dashes, or export a standard WAV file. Choose frequency, speed, and volume, then follow each character during playback. ADAPTIVE CW PRACTICE Use the on-screen CW key to practice natural sending rhythm. MorseScope learns from your presses, estimates your WPM, adapts dot-and-dash timing, and shows immediate Morse and text feedback with an adjustable sidetone. FREE TO START. MorseScope Premium unlocks four benefits: • LONGER ENCODER PLAYBACK — Play complete encoded transmissions beyond the 60-second Free limit, up to the app’s technical safety limit. • WAV AUDIO EXPORT — Save an encoded Morse transmission as a standard mono, 16-bit PCM WAV file for sharing, playback, or later decoding. • LONGER LIVE DECODING — Keep listening through the microphone beyond the 30-second Free session limit while preserving live Morse and decoded text. • LONGER WAV-FILE DECODING — Analyze supported recordings longer than the 30-second Free file limit, up to the file-duration and size limits below. These technical safety limits apply to both free and Premium use. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Core Morse processing stays on your device. MorseScope requires no account and contains no analytics or advertising SDK. A network connection is used only for App Store product information, purchase, restoration, and subscription management. Live microphone audio remains in a bounded memory buffer and is discarded when listening stops.
