Earn App Time by Moving CounterUps Plus helps adults pause before opening distracting apps. Choose which apps to lock, earn minutes through exercise, then redeem limited time to use them. HOW IT WORKS • Authorize Screen Time for your own iPhone and choose your apps. • Complete a workout to earn minutes. Supported camera exercises are counted on-device; planks are timed. • Once your earned balance meets the threshold, redeem App usage time within your daily limit. • When the window ends, iOS reapplies the restriction. You can change your selection or revoke authorization in system settings. FREE AND PLUS Free includes push-ups, squats and sit-ups, app selection, locking and redemption. The free rules are a 5-minute earned-balance threshold and a 200-minute daily redemption limit. Plus adds planks, jumping jacks and pull-ups, plus custom redemption thresholds and daily limits. Pull-ups use manual or volume-button counting, not camera recognition. YOUR CONTROL, YOUR DEVICE This is an adult self-discipline tool, not parental control. It restricts only your own device. Camera access is used for supported workout recognition. Workout videos are composed on-device; saving to Photos (add-only permission) or sharing starts only when you choose. The app does not upload workout videos on its own. INTERFACE LANGUAGES The app interface is available in English and Simplified Chinese. SUBSCRIPTIONS Optional Plus Monthly (1 month), Plus Yearly (1 year, 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers), and Plus Lifetime (one-time purchase). Local prices appear in the app. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage them in iPhone Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions.
