Petak is rent collection for spots rather than rooms: market stalls, parking bays and storage cages. A floor plan, not a list Your site is a map, and that is how Petak shows it. Every spot is a cell coloured by one fact — has it paid — so a whole hall reads at arm's length. Billing that matches how you actually let Base rent, a share of turnover with a cap, metered power, day pitches, one-off late fees and discounts. A bill waiting on an unread meter shows no total at all, and says what it is waiting for, instead of quietly billing zero. Get paid the way your tenants pay A scannable code with the amount already inside it, so nobody can mistype it: PromptPay, QRIS, Pix, VietQR, KHQR — or your own code from your banking app, anywhere else. Read a forwarded payment slip and the bank reference stops the same one being credited twice. Your language, their money Six interface languages, and the currency, number format and calendar follow the market you are letting in — not the language you read. Run the app in English and still bill in baht. On your device The book stays on your phone and in your own iCloud. There is no account, no server of ours, and nothing to sign in to.
