• Customers book a 30-minute consult from a slot picker (standalone from Explore, or linked to an inquiry after submitting). • Office Hours editor (admin): per-weekday hours with multiple time ranges per day (e.g. 9–12 and 2–5), and close a day / week / month for blackouts. • Admin management: list + day schedule view, confirm/decline/complete, assign an admin, private notes, reschedule, and delete. • Anti-double-book slot holds so two people can't grab the same slot. • Notifications: push to admins on a new request, push to the customer on confirm/decline, plus local reminders ahead of each consult. • A red dot on calendar days that have a consult, and a "Schedule a Consult" CTA on the "Request Sent" alert. • Reschedules keep the customer's view intact (stable appointment IDs), and a consult's "Linked event" opens the real admin Event editor.
