Is it ready? That is the question every soap maker asks a curing bar, and Saponora answers it with a measurement instead of a guess: weigh the bars as they cure, and when the water-loss curve reaches its plateau, the verdict is READY. THE CURE LAB Water leaving the bar is the whole story of a cure, and nobody has been able to see it. Weigh a batch every week or so and Saponora draws the curve, finds the plateau, and says when the bars are done. Nothing here is a countdown pretending to be a measurement — if you have not weighed, it tells you it is counting by calendar. LYE MATH THAT TAKES ITSELF SERIOUSLY Every oil is summed on its own saponification value, never on an averaged blend. NaOH, KOH or dual lye, superfat, and water by percentage, lye concentration or ratio. The result always rounds DOWN, to a tenth of a gram, because excess lye is what burns skin. THE CHARACTER OF A BLEND Hardness, cleansing, conditioning, bubbly, creamy, iodine and INS — the numbers you tune before melting an ounce. FRAGRANCE, CHECKED The studio measures each oil's load against the published IFRA reference limit for rinse-off soap and shows the headroom left. Where no limit is published for a category it says so, because an unknown limit is missing evidence, not permission. LABELS THAT MATCH THE BOOK Dates come from the batch. The ingredient list is derived from the frozen recipe in saponified form — Sodium Olivate, not olive oil. A QR on the label reopens the batch record from the bar itself. AirPrint, 12-up on a sheet.
