OffloadLog is a one-time-purchase media card tracker for DITs and camera assistants. Put a small QR tag on every card case, and a scan tells you instantly whether that card is safe to format. THE STATE THAT MATTERS Every card session moves through a strict chain: shooting, shot, offloaded, verified, duplicated, clearable. A card cannot be marked clearable until it has been verified (and duplicated, if you require it). The one mistake that ends careers - formatting an unbacked card - is blocked by design. SCAN AT THE CART Point the camera at the card's QR tag. Its state and the next action are one tap, even in a dark stage or a busy cart. TODAY BOARD Every card in the current project on one board, grouped by state. You always know what is still waiting to offload. CARD HEALTH Each card tracks its use count, so heavily-cycled cards can be rotated out before they fail. DAILY REPORT A PDF report of the day's cards - roll numbers, states, camera, and who handled them - ready to hand to production. Full history exports as CSV. LABELS AND BACKUP Printable small-format QR label sheets (A4, 40 per page) sized for card cases. Encrypted-free simple file backup and restore that never touches existing data on failure.
