About

Day 1 is one push up. Day 100 is 100 push ups. Your target is the day number β€” that's the whole plan. Most programs ask for more than you've got on day one, then quietly blame you when you stop. This one starts where you actually are, at home, with nothing but the floor. HOW IT WORKS Your target for the day is the day you're on. Day 7 is seven. Day 40 is forty. You can do them all at once or spread them across the day, thirty seconds at a time β€” between meetings, before you get dressed, while the kettle boils. It counts either way. The first fortnight is deliberately, almost insultingly easy. That's the design. Fourteen days of showing up matters more than fourteen days of effort, and by the time the numbers get serious you've already built the thing that carries you. BUILT AROUND YOUR REAL MAX On Day 1 you do one all-out set β€” as many as you can manage in one go, no breaks, stopping when you genuinely can't do another. That single number becomes your baseline, and every session afterwards is sized to it. Wall push ups, knee push ups or full push ups: you start on the one that's honest for you today and move up the ladder as you get stronger. MISS A DAY? THE PLAN ADJUSTS. No starting over. No streak-shaming. No red screens. Missed days are recorded honestly and the plan eases off rather than piling the debt on tomorrow. Sundays are rest days and never break your chain. This is the part most challenges get wrong, and it's the reason people quit them in week three. A WEEK HAS A SHAPE Push days, light days, a test day and a rest day. You're not doing the same thing every morning until you resent it. The test day is where you find out the number moved β€” which is the part that actually feels good. WHAT A DAY ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE Open the app. It tells you the number and suggests a set size you can genuinely finish. Do the set. Tap once to log it. That's it β€” usually under a minute, including the app. If you'd rather be walked through it, the guided session counts your sets and runs the rest timer for you. NO GYM. NO EQUIPMENT. NO CLASS TO BOOK. Nothing to carry, nothing to pay for, nothing to travel to. A set takes thirty seconds wherever you happen to be standing. The whole point of a calisthenics habit is that there's no version of your day where it isn't possible. WHAT YOU GET β€’ A 100-day plan matched to your level, with a weekly rhythm of push, light, test and rest β€’ One-tap logging, plus a guided session with a rest timer if you'd rather be walked through it β€’ Your streak, your bank of total reps, and a day-by-day view of the whole climb β€’ Progress you can actually see β€” the number you couldn't do in January, done in April β€’ Challenges to claim as you go, from your first set to your hundredth day β€’ Reminders at times you choose, or none at all WHO THIS IS FOR People who've started something like this before and stopped. People who want to be stronger without a gym membership, a training spreadsheet, or an opinion about macros. People who can currently do three push ups and are quietly embarrassed about it β€” that's a completely normal place to start, and the app is built for it. WHO IT ISN'T FOR If you're already doing serious strength training, this won't be enough for you on its own. It's a habit, not a programme. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT No account. No sign-up. No email address. Nothing collected, nothing sold, no analytics watching you fail. Everything stays on your phone, and your progress is mirrored to your own private iCloud so a new phone doesn't cost you your streak. Free. No subscription, no paid tier, nothing to unlock. 100 days from now you'll either be someone who does 100 push ups, or you'll be exactly where you are today. The first one takes about thirty seconds. 100/100 is a general fitness app, not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting if you have any reason to.
