HeyMarvin

About

Marvin is the mobile companion for research and customer-facing teams who use Marvin to run, record, and understand conversations with users, customers, and prospects. Take Marvin into the field: record face-to-face interviews, capture notes in the moment, and let your workspace do the rest. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Record audio or video interviews directly from your phone, wherever the conversation happens • Follow a discussion guide during the interview so you can remember the questions to ask. • Capture AI notes and tag key moments while you talk — no need to remember it all afterward. • Tag questions from the discussion guide to a particular moment in time and have AI summarize the answers to these questions. • Recordings are saved securely to your team's Marvin workspace, even if the connection drops — uploads resume automatically • Transcription and AI-assisted notes are generated automatically once your recording finishes uploading • Keep recording in the background if your phone locks or you switch apps mid-interview • Review past recordings, notes, and processed files from your project list WHO IT'S FOR Marvin is built for Researchers, Designers, Product Managers, and anyone on a customer-facing team who runs structured interviews and wants those conversations turned into transcripts, notes, and insights without manual busywork. HOW IT WORKS WITH YOUR WORKSPACE Marvin mobile is a companion to your existing Marvin account — sign in with your organization's credentials (including SSO) and your recordings sync straight into the same projects and files your team already uses on the web. Everything you capture is private to your workspace.
