Every day after that has its own theme and its own set of exercises. Open the app and you're already on today's day — no browsing, no deciding, no wondering whether you picked the right routine. EIGHT EXERCISES A DAY Each day is a short, complete set. Work through it in order or jump to any exercise in the list, and tick them off as you go — the app remembers exactly where you stopped. SEE THE CORRECT FORM Every exercise comes with a clear photo showing how the movement should look, alongside a short instruction in plain language. No guessing from an exercise name, no long videos to scrub through. TRACK YOUR WEEK See how many exercises you've completed today and how your week is building. Your progress is there when you open the app, not buried in a menu. NO ACCOUNT REQUIRED Open the app and start on Day 1 right away — nothing stands between you and the first exercise.
