About

Type in the numbers from your own blood pressure monitor. Before your next appointment, turn them into a PDF you can print or email to your doctor. Note: this app cannot measure blood pressure. An iPhone has no blood pressure sensor, so you enter the numbers shown on your own cuff. WHY PEOPLE USE IT Your doctor asked you to take readings at home and bring them in. Paper logs get forgotten, left at home, or handed over in handwriting nobody can read. This app was built to fix those three things and nothing else: log the reading, hand it to the doctor. LOGGING TAKES TWO NUMBERS 1. Tap "Add a record" 2. Enter the upper and lower numbers on a large keypad (pulse and notes are optional) 3. Tap Save Morning or evening is chosen from the time of day, so there is nothing to pick. There is no confirmation screen either. A REPORT FOR THE APPOINTMENT Choose a period - last 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months, or your own dates - and the app builds a PDF with morning and evening averages, a trend chart, and a day-by-day table. Print it or email it from the share sheet. WHAT IS INSIDE - Upper number, lower number, pulse and a note - Morning / evening / other, sorted automatically - 7-day average on the home screen - Day-by-day list you can edit and delete from - Trend chart inside the app - Morning and evening reminders (off until you turn them on) - Backup and restore with a CSV and a BPLog file - PDF report to print or email PRICING Adding records, the list, the chart and backups are free forever, with no limit on how many readings you keep. The one-time purchase covers the PDF report export only. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel. There are no ads anywhere in the app. YOUR READINGS STAY ON THIS IPHONE Records are stored on this device only. No account, no upload to our servers, no iCloud, no tracking. The app works without an internet connection - the network is used only when you buy or restore the PDF report export. ABOUT THE CATEGORIES Each reading is placed into a general home blood pressure range shown in the app. These categories are a general guide, not a diagnosis. In English they are based on the home blood pressure targets in the ACC/AHA guidelines. The exact numbers are shown in Settings. PLEASE NOTE - This app cannot measure blood pressure - It gives no diagnosis and no medical advice. Ask your doctor what your numbers mean - Readings are self-measured values, not measurements taken with a medical device Requires an iPhone running iOS 17.0 or later.
