Unitlog: HVAC Technician Log

About

Unitlog is the service record for the equipment you keep coming back to. Most job-report apps forget the equipment the moment you leave. Unitlog doesn't — every unit gets a permanent, on-device record that carries forward from one visit to the next. Walk into a return visit already knowing what you found last time, instead of starting from a blank form. WHY UNITLOG • The equipment is the record, not the job. One unit, many visits, one continuous history — condition, findings, and photos, all attached to that specific piece of equipment. • Return visits are faster. Prior condition and open findings are already there when you walk in. • Works with no connectivity and no account. Everything lives on your device; nothing is required to sign in before you can start capturing. • Nothing about a delivered report changes after the fact. Once a report is generated and handed to a customer, it stays exactly as delivered — even if you later correct the visit record. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Track equipment by manufacturer, model, serial number, and location, with a nameplate photo attached for reference. • Record condition and findings on every visit, with photos as evidence. • Capture a customer signature on-site. • Generate a clean, print-ready PDF report — deterministic layout, every time. • Export a full backup of your data (including CSV) whenever you want it. • Correct a visit's date or technician name after the fact, without touching the findings or reports already recorded. BUILT FOR Independent HVAC technicians and small service teams who see the same equipment more than once — maintenance contracts, seasonal service calls, property-manager accounts. If you never see the same unit twice, a plain job-report app is enough for you; Unitlog is for the technician who does. PRIVACY No account. No analytics SDK. No data leaves your device.
