About
Lumen is a photo and video editor with no account, no upload and no network. Every computation β from erasing a lamp post to writing the finished export β happens on the chip in your hand. FOR PHOTOGRAPHS Eraser. Brush over what you do not want, and Lumen searches the surrounding picture for material that belongs in that spot. Content-aware fill, computed on your device. Light. Exposure, contrast, saturation, warmth, tint and fade β you set the value by dragging across the picture instead of hunting for a slider at the edge of the screen. Look. Nine presets: Vivid, Soft, Cine, Cool, Warm, Film, B&W, Noir and Original. Not opaque LUTs β each preset is a set of numbers the sliders can also read. Strength is continuous. Flare. Prism, streak, haze and sun are generated for your picture instead of laid over it as a finished graphic, so they fit any format and resolution. Noise. Takes grain where the grain is and leaves edges standing. Crop. Free, 1:1, 4:5 and 9:16, plus an angle correction for the crooked horizon. FOR CLIPS Speed. From 0.1Γ to 4Γ, in steps of 0.01 β 391 reachable values instead of a handful of presets. The slider is logarithmic, because speed is perceived as a ratio. Pitch is preserved. Audio. Loudness is measured once across the whole clip. From then on the level meter reports the level of the moment being played β after your gain of β24 to +24 dB, with the limiter at β1 dBFS already accounted for. Plus spectral noise reduction and an audition that re-renders on every move of a control. Look. The grade runs live on the moving picture, with exactly the matrix the export bakes in. Picking a look from a still is the fastest way to footage that is too contrasty everywhere except where you happened to pause. Trim. In and out points are set against real frames, not a grey bar. Playback loops inside your window. NOTHING IS BAKED IN A project keeps its own copy of your original, and the settings live beside the pixels rather than inside them. Open it tomorrow and every control is where you left it. The photograph in your library stays untouched until you export. WHY THE DEVICE IS ENOUGH Most editors in this category upload your material to a server, because that is cheaper than good algorithms on a phone. Lumen contains no network call at all. β’ No transfer. There is no server. β’ No account. No email, no login. β’ No measurement. No analytics SDK, no crash tracker, no advertising identifier. β’ Only the permissions it needs. To save, Lumen asks for write access to your library β not for the right to read your entire collection. β’ Works in airplane mode. The simplest proof: turn the network off. A one-time purchase. No subscription, because there are no server costs for one to fund. Note: the app's interface is in German. lumen.aimoxyz.xyz/terms
