Suvia works out how much water you need today, and shows its work. Most days are not average. A shift in a hot workshop, a hike at altitude, a long walk — each one changes what your body needs, and Suvia puts a number on each of them instead of hiding them in one total. HOW THE TARGET IS BUILT • A baseline from your weight, age and sex • Plus the day's conditions you enter: temperature, humidity, altitude, steps, exercise • Every addition is listed as its own line, in millilitres, with the reason named • Life stages are covered: children, pregnancy, breastfeeding, 65+ • A doctor's fluid limit can be entered and locked, which switches the automatic suggestion off BUILT FOR WORK, NOT JUST THE GYM Suvia Pro adds an occupational mode based on published heat-stress guidance: choose the job, the workload and the conditions, and get an hourly drinking amount with a work/rest pattern. It is written for the foundry, the field and the kitchen, where dehydration is a safety matter rather than a wellness one.
