Calana

About

Still planning timelines in a spreadsheet? Calana is the spreadsheet with a time axis: a continuous canvas where you draw your plan directly — no forms, no setup, no dependency chains. DRAW, DON'T CONFIGURE Drag on the grid to create a task. Drag again to move it or stretch it. Bars stay exactly where you put them. ONE CANVAS, EVERY SCALE Start with a rough monthly plan and zoom in as details firm up — from years down to hours, all on the same timeline. You never rebuild your structure as the plan evolves. PLAN TOGETHER Share a calendar and everyone works on the same plan, live. Version history records who changed what — preview any earlier version and restore it in one tap. YOUR OTHER CALENDARS, ALONGSIDE Connect Google or Microsoft calendars to see existing commitments next to your plan. NOT GANTT. NOT ASANA. JUST TIMELINES. Project management apps want a form filled in for every task. Gantt tools chain tasks together, so one change shuffles everything. Calana does neither — it is the fastest way to sketch a schedule, a project timeline, a roadmap, or an event plan. FREE AND PRIVATE No subscription, no trial period, no ads, no credit card. Your calendars are visible only to the people you invite.
