TaskGauge is a local-first dashboard for AI agent tasks and usage quotas. Run TaskGauge Companion on each Mac, then use your iPhone and Home Screen widgets to see Codex and Claude account quotas, reset times, active tasks, requests for input or authorization, and recently completed work. KEY FEATURES - Monitor multiple Macs and multiple accounts in one dashboard - See 5-hour and 7-day quotas with exact reset dates and times - Group live tasks under the account that owns them - Show explicit conversation and task names, including user-renamed titles, without syncing message content - Choose quota, task, or combined Home Screen widgets - Refresh the app and widgets on demand - View Live Activities on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island - Pair with a short-lived QR code and six-digit verification code PRIVATE BY DESIGN Provider credentials never leave your Mac. Pairing keys stay only on your paired Mac and iPhone and are never sent to the relay. The relay receives an end-to-end encrypted quota and task payload plus minimal routing metadata (channel and source identifiers, the source display name, key identifier, sequence number, and snapshot generation time); it cannot decrypt the payload. TaskGauge does not sync chat transcripts, prompts, replies, attachments, or code diffs. The iPhone app cannot execute tasks or approve permissions remotely. REQUIRES A MAC COMPANION Install TaskGauge Companion on every Mac you want to monitor. The companion observes local Codex, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork status and sends normalized read-only snapshots to your paired iPhone.
