Moon reviews access requests before any live work or customer information becomes available. Your recovery workspace includes: • Nearby jobs, clear next steps, and recovery earnings • GPS, Tile, and Find My location history when available • Customer contact details, conversation history, and available identity photos for your assigned recovery • Bluetooth identity checks and supported scooter controls • Scooter-code verification and pickup and return photo evidence • Approved return hubs and current warehouse access information • Identity and payout onboarding, payment status, and support Explore a complete sample recovery before applying. The clearly labeled sample uses fictional jobs, photos, and payouts. Live work requires Moon approval and completion of account readiness requirements. Downloading or applying does not grant access to scooters or customer data. You can request account deletion in the app.
