Perch: Posture Coach

About

Your AirPods already know when you slouch. Perch turns that into a posture coach that lives in your ears. Perch reads the subtle tilt of your head through the motion sensors in your AirPods. The moment you start to slouch, your audio gently dips and a soft tone rises. Sit back up, and it melts away. No screen to watch, no wearable to charge, no camera pointed at you — just a quiet cue that keeps your posture honest while you work, scroll, or game. HOW IT WORKS - Pop in your AirPods and sit tall once to set your baseline. - Perch watches your head position in the background. - Slouch -> your music quiets and a gentle tone grows. - Straighten up -> everything fades back to normal. BUILT TO BE IGNORED (until you need it) - Runs quietly in the background — start it once and forget it. - Auto-starts the moment your AirPods connect (one-time Shortcuts setup). - Gentle, customizable tones — pick the nudge that fits you best. - See your progress: fewer nudges per hour means the habit is sticking.
