Site Walk AI is for anyone who walks a place and needs a record of it: a contractor pricing work, a caterer checking a venue, a business owner scouting a location, a property manager doing the rounds. You talk while you walk — "alright, we're in the main kitchen now" — and take photos as you go. When you're done, the walk becomes a clean, professional report: organized by the areas you named, every line traced to the note you said it in, your photos placed where you took them. Only the last step needs a connection: when you tap Send, the recordings upload and the report is emailed to you as a polished PDF plus an editable Word file with the complete word-for-word transcript.
