GLUCOSE INFORMATION, MADE CLEARER: Mirror Health gives families and trusted caregivers a polished, easy-to-read view of glucose data from supported services. See the latest available reading, understand recent patterns, create a calm bedside display, or temporarily share selected people with someone you trust. CARETAKER MODE: Share glucose information with a school nurse, childcare provider, babysitter, family member, church volunteer, or another trusted caregiver. Families choose who a caretaker can see, what care information is shared, how long access lasts, and when it should end. Caretakers can monitor up to 10 shared people from one organized dashboard using an iPhone, iPad, or computer through the Mirror Health caretaker website. Available information may include: • Latest glucose reading and trend direction • Reading freshness and recent glucose history • Glucose and connection status • Allergies and emergency contacts • Location, pickup, and care notes • Manual insulin reference information Access remains under family control and can be ended at any time. Invited caretakers use their own Mirror Health account and do not need a separate subscription while viewing family-approved access. NIGHTSTAND MODE Turn an iPhone or iPad into a calm bedside glucose display. Large, high-contrast readings are designed to be visible from across the room. Focus on one person or view up to four people in a clean overnight layout. GLANCE See the latest available glucose reading, direction, freshness, range context, source, and recent history in one clear dashboard. TRENDS AND INSIGHTS Explore available glucose history, time in range, averages, highest and lowest readings, variability, and straightforward summaries of recent patterns. WIDGETS AND LIVE ACTIVITY Keep available glucose information close with Home Screen widgets and supported Lock Screen Live Activities. SUPPLEMENTAL NOTIFICATIONS Choose supported alerts and sounds for glucose categories, stale readings, and connection changes. Mirror Health notifications support your official CGM system. They do not replace its alerts. MADE FOR REAL LIFE Mirror Health supports everyday routines including overnight monitoring, school, childcare, assisted-care environments, church and community programs, babysitting, family visits, temporary caregiver access, and multi-person households. PERSONALIZE YOUR VIEW Choose light or dark appearance, dashboard options, Nightstand settings, notification sounds, glucose ranges, and other viewing preferences. SUBSCRIPTION A Mirror Health subscription is required after onboarding. It includes Glance, Trends, Insights, Nightstand Mode, supported widgets and Live Activities, supplemental notifications, and Caretaker Mode. Monthly and annual plans are available. A one-week introductory trial may be available to eligible subscribers. Current pricing and trial eligibility are shown before purchase and may vary by region.
