ネムリコーチ is a sleep diary for recording each night and reflecting on your routine. It calculates sleep metrics from your entries and uses built-in, on-device rules to suggest one small action to try that day. ■ HealthKit or manual entry Import available sleep data from Apple Health, or manually record bedtime, wake time, time to fall asleep, and nighttime awakenings. HealthKit access is optional. ■ Sleep metrics on device Calculate total sleep time, time in bed, sleep latency, wake time after sleep onset, sleep efficiency, and your sleep window. Use changes over time to understand your own pattern. ■ One action for today Based on recent entries and program progress, the app presents one concrete action from its built-in rules, along with the reason behind it. ■ Six-week educational program Work through six weeks of themes and tasks informed by CBT-I principles. Move at your own pace and record completed activities. ■ Weekly reports Summarize the current week, compare it with the previous week, and read a summary created locally on your device. ■ Local processing Sleep metrics, daily suggestions, and weekly summaries are created on device. Your sleep log is stored locally. A banner ad appears at the bottom of supported screens. An optional one-time ad-removal option hides the banner without changing access to logs, suggestions, or the program. Note: This app is for personal record-keeping and education.
