About
Choose a photo of something you are working toward. The place you are saving for. The trail you want to finish. Someone you are doing it for. Reveal the Dream covers that photo with a frosted layer, divided into one piece for every day of the journey you choose. Every day you show up, one more piece lifts away. Not a number climbing. Not a calendar of squares. The thing itself, arriving. NOTHING RESETS Most goals are not lost to one bad day. They are lost to striving for perfection. So there is no streak to break here, and nothing to start over. Miss a day and that day's piece simply stays covered, sitting there in the middle of the picture as a record rather than a punishment. Every piece you already earned stays exactly where it is, and the next day carries on as normal. Say you are four days into a seven day journey and day three got away from you. Day three stays covered. Day four opens as usual. Three days are still ahead of you. The only thing being tracked is whether you came back and kept going. And if you got it wrong, Day Review lets you go back and correct any day. HOW IT WORKS 1. Pick a photo from your own library, and how long you are giving yourself. 2. Check in on the days you do the thing. 3. Watch it come into focus, one piece at a time, until the picture is whole. That is the whole app. No account, no sign up, no login. LIKE A VISION BOARD, EXCEPT IT ANSWERS BACK A vision board works because a picture of what you want sits where you will actually see it, unchanged whether you did the work or not. This one responds. Every check-in reveals a little more, so a glance tells you the truth about how the last few weeks have actually gone. ON YOUR HOME SCREEN, AND ON YOUR WRIST The widget is the point. Add it once and your goal sits there, half revealed, where you already look a hundred times a day. No opening an app to remember what you decided. It is simply there, a little clearer than yesterday. The watch puts it closer still. Raise your wrist and the same reveal is there, filled in as far as you have earned. There is a complication too, for when you only want a quick look. Check in from your watch and the photo uncovers everywhere at once. FOUR WAYS TO UNCOVER Petals opens like a fan turning around the centre. Rings works from the outside in. Arcs sweeps around in bands. Geo breaks the photo into organic cells that surface in no order you can predict. The same photo over thirty days feels genuinely different in each one. HOW MUCH SHOWS FROM DAY ONE IS UP TO YOU Cover strength decides how hidden the photo starts. At the default a little shows through; turn it up and day one is a complete mystery. Revealed pieces are always fully visible at every setting. Seven cover colours, so the frosted layer suits the photo rather than fighting it. ANY GOAL THAT COMES DOWN TO SHOWING UP Ten thousand steps a day. Ten dollars toward a trip. Twenty minutes of a new language. No alcohol. Meditate each morning. Train for a 10K. If it comes down to doing one thing daily, it works here. FREE One journey at a time, 7 or 30 day lengths, the Petals reveal style, the home screen widget, and the Apple Watch app and complication. PREMIUM Several journeys at once, custom lengths so a journey matches the timeline your goal actually needs, seven cover colours, and the Rings, Arcs and Geo reveal styles. Premium also lets you keep whatever cover strength, colour and style you have chosen. Your finished photos as a gallery. Per-journey results: revealed, missed, longest run, completion rate, and the weekday you miss most. And export a finished reveal as an image. Move all three and watch them change your own photo before you pay. YOUR PHOTO STAYS YOURS There is no account and no sign-up. Your photos and your journeys live on your device and are never uploaded to us. Delete the app and your data goes with it.
