About
A folktale gamebook you can play by voice. This is a "what if" story based on a Japanese folktale. Depending on the path you choose, you may arrive somewhere different from the ending that has been handed down. Answer the choices with your voice, and the story moves forward. You can enjoy it from beginning to end by listening alone, without looking at the screen. There is also a text mode, so you can choose whichever suits your mood or your surroundings. ■ Two ways to play - Read as text Large letters and wide line spacing. You choose by tapping buttons. - Play with voice The story and the choices are read aloud. You answer with a number, or with yes or no. Speak into the microphone and the story continues. ■ For easier reading - The story and the choices follow your device's text size setting - VoiceOver is supported - There is not a single text field in this app - No advertisements ■ Story included Momotaro (Digest Edition) About fifteen minutes. Depending on the path you choose, you reach one of four endings. The battle with the ogre is decided by dice. The illustrations are drawn in the spirit of ukiyo-e woodblock prints. ■ Extra: Koe Kakunin (Voice Check) A screen where you can see how your voice is heard. Speak, and the words that were recognized appear on the screen. There is also a version that reads them back to you. ■ Languages Japanese and English. The app follows your device's language setting.
