CareCalendar helps you stay on top of everything that needs regular care. Use it for your home, car, garden, pool, appliances, pets, personal belongings, medicine schedules, services, and anything else that matters. PLAN CARE YOUR WAY Create items and sub-items, then add one-time or repeating care tasks. Choose specific times or all-day tasks, select days of the week, add multiple reminders, and set an optional end date. CareCalendar supports complex schedules such as taking medicine three times a week for two months, recurring garden visits, and payment-only reminders for services such as home internet. SEE WHAT NEEDS ATTENTION • Keep overdue and upcoming work together on the Pending screen • Filter tasks by item and view pending totals by currency • Write a reminder and open Email, WhatsApp, or the phone dialler • Mark work as done and retain its complete care history • See recently completed work beneath the pending list USE A FLEXIBLE CALENDAR • Switch between daily, weekly, and monthly views • Optionally show a dedicated, automatically updated CareCalendar calendar in Apple Calendar • Identify dates using clear colours, counts, and labels • Separate specific-time appointments from any-time tasks • See task, payment, schedule-end, and contract-end reminders MANAGE ITEMS, VENDORS, CONTRACTS, AND COSTS • Add custom items and sub-items for belongings, pets, services, and personal needs • Assign vendors only when a task has a vendor • Store phone, WhatsApp, email, vendor notes, and photos • Attach contracts, invoices, documents, and receipts • Schedule contract payments and reminders, including payment-only contracts • Record actual costs and advance payments • Compare calendar-year spending with the previous year • Store each cost in its own currency PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your items, tasks, vendors, costs, history, and attachments are stored locally on your device. CareCalendar does not upload them to AWS or a CareCalendar server. Communication always happens outside CareCalendar through apps you choose on your device. SUBSCRIPTIONS An active CareCalendar membership is required to use the app. Choose a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when your purchase is confirmed. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Available prices are shown in the app and on the App Store before purchase.
