FitGether: Fitness Challenge

About

FitGether is a group fitness challenge: you get fit together with real people who start on the same day. Everyone follows the same program, gets a short focus each day, and posts one quick report. An AI coach answers every report. In a coached group, a real coach steps in when it matters. HOW IT WORKS • Join a group that starts the challenge together • Each day: one clear focus and a short read — never a wall of tasks • Post your report in about a minute — a photo, your steps from Apple Health, a few check-offs • Mia, your AI coach, reads it and replies on your post, specific to what you sent • See your group's reports in the feed and cheer each other on ONE HABIT AT A TIME New habits arrive one by one, never all at once, so each one has time to stick. By the end of the challenge they are a routine, not a rulebook. MISS A DAY? POST ANYWAY Nothing resets. Showing up after a missed day is part of the program. Your calendar shows every day you reported. AI COACH OR A REAL ONE • AI coach — Mia and your group • Coached — everything above, plus a real coach who watches the group and a private thread with them You choose in the app. The first groups are free. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your group sees your report. Weight, measurements and progress photos stay private — only you see them. Compare yourself to your own Day 1, never to anyone else. ABOUT MIA Mia is an AI coach and is always labeled as one. She knows the program and your reports. She does not give medical advice — for that she points you to a doctor, or to your coach. FitGether is not a medical service. Talk to your doctor before changing how you eat or exercise, especially if you have a health condition.
