Kessa is built for the days in between — to help you track what you feel, find people who get it, and walk into appointments with something in your hands. TRACK WHAT YOU FEEL Log your pain level in about ten seconds a day. Add symptoms when you want the detail: cramps, pelvic pain, painful sex, fatigue, bloating, nausea, heavy bleeding, headaches, back pain, brain fog and more — plus medications and free-text notes. SPEAK UP AT APPOINTMENTS Turn weeks of entries into a one-page doctor visit summary: your pain over time, your most frequent symptoms, the medications you logged. The PDF is created on your phone and shared only if you choose to. A COMMUNITY THAT GETS IT Ask questions, vent, or just read for a while.
