Hazedoki is a roast-lot ledger for independent coffee roastery owners. From green-bean purchasing to roasting, inventory, and cost calculation — built so an owner can open the books and show the tax office, the bank, or family exactly how every number was computed. What it does: ◆ Green lot ledger — record variety, origin, supplier, quantity, and purchase price (tax included). Remaining stock is computed automatically from summed deltas ◆ Roast log — record charge, drop, and roast level to instantly see roast loss and roasted-bean cost (per 100 g). Log the turning point, first and second crack, plus gas pressure and damper settings ◆ Inventory — green and roasted beans both use append-only intake/outtake entries. No separately maintained "current value", so the numbers never drift ◆ Cost & margin — per bag or drink: bean cost, packaging, sale price, margin and margin rate. Supports reduced (8%) and standard (10%) tax rates; all internal math is tax-exclusive ◆ Price-increase simulation — when bean prices rise, find the sale price that protects your margin ◆ Same-condition comparison — compare the current roast with past roasts at matching humidity and room temperature ◆ CSV export — roast logs and green lots in a form any spreadsheet app can read ◆ JSON backup — export and re-import everything.
