Not-A Note App

About

Nota records, transcribes, and summarizes your meetings — entirely on your iPad. Walk out of every client conversation with a clean transcript, an AI-written brief of what mattered, and drafts of your follow-ups. No laptop, no bot joining your call, no cloud. Everything on your device. Nothing on anyone's server. Nota has no accounts, no analytics, and no backend. Recording, transcription, and AI all run on the iPad itself using Apple Intelligence. The only network activity is App Store purchase verification (with Apple), language download (optional translation feature), and the optional local link to Note Nota Mic — your own iPhone, sending transcript text device-to-device. Built for how professionals actually work: • Live transcription that survives hour-long meetings • AI Briefs: a summary, tagged key points, and unanswered questions • Mind frames for Sales, Lawyer, Project Manager, Interviewer, Teacher, Student — the AI reads your meeting through your profession's lens • Agent actions: follow-up emails, timelines, question lists — drafted from what was actually said • Press and hold any line of a brief to hear that exact moment replayed • Handwritten notes on a per-client canvas, with Apple Pencil • Nota Mic: your iPhone becomes a wireless microphone; only text crosses your local network • Export transcripts and briefs as PDF, or plain text; audio too • Face ID / passcode app lock for client-confidential material • Recording is always announced: audible start/stop tones and a persistent red indicator — locking the iPad ends the recording, so a dark screen never records anyone • Share Meetings notes" Not-A to Not-A" or download and share results. One price. Lifetime ownership. Buy it once. No subscription, no upsell. Your notes are yours; so is the app. Requirements: iPad with M1 chip or later, iPadOS 26, and Apple Intelligence enabled. Recording laws vary by location — Nota reminds you, but consent is your responsibility. AI output is labeled and should be reviewed before you rely on it. *Documents and Notes available on iPad only*
