Home maintenance doesn't fail loudly. The furnace filter you meant to change in March, the gutters you cleaned once and forgot, the water heater nobody has flushed since you moved in. None of it announces itself until it costs money. Upkeep is a reminder list for the jobs a house asks of you on a schedule. SET IT ONCE Add a task, say how often it repeats, and Upkeep works out the next date. Choose whether it counts from the day you actually did it, or runs on a fixed calendar. Finish the filter three weeks late and the next one shifts with you. START FROM WHAT MOST HOMES NEED Sixteen common jobs are already written, each with a sensible interval: HVAC filters, smoke and CO alarms, gutters, dryer vent, water heater, sump pump, fire extinguisher, outdoor faucets. Pick the ones that apply. Change the timing whenever you like. SEE THE YEAR, NOT JUST TODAY Overdue work sits at the top in red with the date it slipped. Everything else groups under the month it is due, so a quiet February and a loaded October are obvious at a glance. Switch to the calendar for a month view. KNOW THE PART NUMBER The House tab keeps your rooms and the things in them: paint colors by surface with photos of the chip and the can label, filter sizes, model and serial plates. Grouped by type too, so every filter in the house is one list at the store. The job says change the furnace filter; the furnace knows it takes a 16x25x1. REMINDERS THAT REACH YOU A push notification on the day something is due, a weekly email of the week ahead, or both. Subscribe to your task list as a calendar feed and it shows up in Apple Calendar alongside everything else. BUILT FOR IPHONE AND IPAD On iPad the list opens into a sidebar layout and the calendar shows task names on the day itself. No ads. No subscription. No account to manage beyond signing in with Apple or Google, and you can delete everything from your Profile whenever you want.
