Cleaning Job Report is built for independent residential cleaners. At the end of a service, you no longer need to piece together photos and chat messages. Keep before-and-after photos, completed scope, unfinished items, and customer extras in one clear job report, then share it as a long image or PDF. One workflow from arrival to handoff: • Start from the residential cleaning template or duplicate and edit your own scope • Capture or import Before and After photos, organize them by room, and use the reference overlay to line up a shot • Rotate, pair, and check photo thumbnails before export, with manual blur for sensitive areas • Mark items as completed, unfinished, not needed today, or customer-added • Record neutral exception notes without making excluded work look completed • Generate matching long-image and PDF reports for system sharing or archiving • Finish with a scope record, long image, or text summary when photos or PDF export are unavailable Local-first by default: Jobs, scope, notes, and indoor photos stay on your iPhone by default. No account is required, and the core workflow works offline. Addresses are excluded from exports unless you choose otherwise.
