SALT Receipts helps you keep sales-tax receipts in one place and see how they stack up against the IRS optional state and local sales tax table. Photograph a receipt, import from Photos, or drop in a PDF. Optical character recognition runs on your device — no account, no upload to us. You review merchant, date, total, and tax before anything is filed. Images and JSON live in a folder you pick: iCloud Drive if you want your own devices in sync, or On My iPhone if you want them local. Use categories and a big-ticket flag for specified items. Export a CSV when you need a spreadsheet. The tax comparison meter is a planning aid. Paste the official IRS calculator result for the table amount. This app does not file your return, does not give tax advice, and is not affiliated with the IRS.
