Application Demonstration The attached application demonstrates the complete user journey from initial launch through the use of the application’s available features. The demonstration also shows permission requests at the points where they are required and provides a clear overview of the application’s functionality. 2. Devices and Platforms Tested The application has been tested on the following devices and environments: * iPhone 17 Pro Max * iPhone 13 Pro Max * iPhone 17 Pro Simulator * iPhone 17 Simulator * iPhone Air Simulator The application’s declared minimum deployment target is iOS 16.0 3. Application Functionality The application is designed for independent and group travellers who need to manage expenses while travelling, including in situations with limited connectivity and multiple currencies. Key functionality includes: * Multi-currency expense tracking * Per-traveller expense balances * Expense settlement and settle-up calculations * Travel budget tracking and budget pacing * Visited-location tracking * Expense and trip data exports * Support for trips involving multiple currencies 4. Sample Data / Reviewer Access No account credentials are required to access or review the application. On first launch, reviewers can select “Explore with a Sample Trip” to immediately access a fully populated example trip. The sample trip contains: * Destinations: Vietnam and Thailand * Travellers: 2 * Expenses: 24 * Currencies: VND, THB and USD * Trip budget: USD 2,400 This provides access to the application’s core functionality without requiring registration or external credentials. 5. External Services and Third-Party SDKs The application uses one external service: open.er-api.com — used solely to retrieve current exchange-rate information. The service is accessed natively without requiring an API key, and no user information is transmitted to the service. The application does not include third-party SDKs. Its Swift implementation uses Apple frameworks, including: * SwiftUI * WebKit * UniformTypeIdentifiers 6. Regional Differences There are no region-specific differences in the application. The application does not use server-side logic to alter functionality, content, or behaviour based on the user’s region. 7. Fonts, Media and Other Protected Materials The application does not include licensed third-party fonts, third-party media, or bundled flag images. * Fonts use Apple’s system font families. * Country flags are generated using Unicode regional-indicator characters within the application. * No third-party media assets are bundled with the application. App Privacy The application does not collect or transmit personal user data. The external exchange-rate service is used only to obtain currency exchange-rate information and does not receive user data from the application.
