About
Sadhana blocks the apps that pull you away from your day until you've done something real instead. Not a timer. Not a lock screen you dismiss in one tap. To open Instagram, TikTok, or any app you've chosen to restrict, you complete a short practice first: a traditional 108-bead japa mala, a verse from the Bhagavad Gita, or a mantra of your own. Real discipline, not a countdown. WHY SADHANA IS DIFFERENT Most screen-time apps ask you to wait. Sadhana asks you to do something. The friction isn't arbitrary, it's a few minutes of stillness that most days you're glad you took anyway. WHAT'S INSIDE • A traditional 108-bead japa mala, with haptic feedback on every bead and a bell at completion • One reading from the Bhagavad Gita each day • Space for your own mantra or sankalpa (intention) • A lifetime chant count that never resets, even on a missed day • One grace day a month, because life happens, your streak survives it • An optional daily reminder, and nothing louder than that HOW BLOCKING WORKS Choose which apps or categories to restrict. Sadhana uses Apple's Screen Time tools to hold the shield until your practice for the day is done. A small number of short unlocks are available if you truly need one, always with a deliberate hold, never a casual tap. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your mantra and your sankalpa are yours. They're never logged, never uploaded, never shown to anyone, including us. No streak badges, no leaderboards, no sharing. One number matters here: how many times you've shown up. It only ever goes up. Terms of use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
