About

HelperDoc is a licensed Hong Kong employment agency built around one idea: you should be able to see who you are hiring before you commit. Browse real profiles, not a shortlist someone chose for you Search helpers by nationality, experience, language, skills, availability and contract status. Every profile shows work history, cooking and care experience, and the helper's own introduction. Post what your household actually needs Create a job opening with your duties, salary, rest-day arrangement and household details. Interested helpers apply to you. Message before you decide Talk to candidates inside the app. Shortlist, compare, and keep the conversation in one place instead of scattered across chat apps. Know the cost before you start Built-in calculators cover the full cost of employment, statutory entitlements, insurance and Hong Kong public holidays, so there are no surprises after signing. Paperwork handled properly HelperDoc is operated by HELPER DOC LIMITED, a licensed Hong Kong employment agency. Contracts, immigration forms and processing are handled by people who do this for a living. Subscription unlocks direct messaging with helpers. You can browse profiles and post a job for free. Subscriptions HelperDoc offers auto-renewing subscriptions: 1 Week Access, 1 Month Access and 3 Months Access. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.
