Progress now answers one question per exercise: am I getting stronger at this? Tap a muscle, then any exercise, to see that lift's own trend over real time — estimated strength, top weight, or top reps. You can also compare exercises, each measured against its own starting point. Next Workout works in rep ranges. Every exercise has a target range. Clear it and the weight goes up while the range resets to its low end, so fewer reps at a heavier weight reads as progress instead of a step back. Set your own range for any exercise in Manage Exercise, and add exercises to today's plan yourself. Exercise history fixes. Sets you logged under different spellings of the same exercise now stay together, and two different exercises with similar names stay apart. Link a note line to the history you meant, and see which history is which before you pick. Rest timers start the moment you tap, and saving a set no longer waits on the network. Scheduling now lives in the This Week card on Home, and a new Today widget shows what matters right now on your Home and Lock Screen.
