About

Forklift Daily Inspection Log is a paid, offline app that helps small warehouses and rental yards keep the pre-shift inspection records required under OSHA 29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7) for powered industrial trucks. ■ Today View and One-Screen Checklist See every truck's inspection status for the day at a glance, then complete a single-screen checklist (fluid, tires, forks, mast, horn, lights, brakes, seat belt, battery/fuel, leaks) with a one-tap "all OK" option when everything passes. ■ Automatic Out-of-Service on Failure Any failed checklist item automatically marks the truck as out of service and requires a defect note — there is no way to leave a truck in service with an unresolved failure. A truck returns to service only when you log a Repair record. ■ Duplicate Protection The app treats date + truck + shift as the unique check key, so re-running an inspection for the same truck and shift on the same day asks you to confirm before overwriting the earlier entry. ■ Audit-Ready Reports Generate a period PDF organized by truck for an OSHA audit, plus CSV export of every table. ■ What this app does not do Forklift Daily Inspection Log does not certify OSHA compliance or replace operator training and certification requirements. Confirm your facility's actual obligations with your safety officer or OSHA resources. ■ Payment This app is a one-time purchase. All features are available immediately after purchase — there are no subscriptions, no ads, and no additional in-app purchases. ■ Offline and Backup No account is required. All trucks, checks, and repair records are stored on your device only. From Settings you can export a full backup (CSV, PDF, and JSON) and restore it later.
