MDflow Web Clipper saves what you find on the web to your MDflow workspace as clean, durable Markdown. Clip a whole article, just the text you selected, or the passages you highlighted. The clipper strips navigation, ads, and page clutter, then converts what remains to Markdown you can read offline and keep for the long term. HIGHLIGHT AS YOU READ Switch on highlighter mode and mark the passages that matter. Your highlights are saved with the clip. TEMPLATES Templates decide how a clip is named, where it is filed, and what it contains. Assign a template to specific sites so an article, a recipe, and a research paper each save the way you want. VARIABLES AND FILTERS Pull page data into your notes with variables such as title, author, published date, description, domain, URL, word count, selection, and highlights. Filters reshape those values before they are written, so dates, lists, and text land in the format you need. PROPERTIES Give every note structured metadata, with types for text, number, checkbox, date, date and time, and lists. OPTIONAL AI INTERPRETER Connect an AI provider with your own API key to summarize a page or pull out specific details as you clip. It stays off until you enable it and add a key. PLAIN MARKDOWN, NO LOCK-IN Every clip is a Markdown file. Nothing is kept in a proprietary format, and your notes stay readable without this extension. Available in 35 languages.
