IT WATCHES YOUR BULK — AND ARGUES WITH YOUR PLAN Type two aliquot-jar heights and CrumbKeeper projects your bulk's finish from your dough's own measured rate. If that projection disagrees with your bake-day plan by more than 15 minutes, Bake Day says so — "your dough disagrees with the plan" — and one tap re-solves the rest of the day around the dough.
